At pHountain, we are aware of the ongoing concerns surrounding the current health situation, including the coronavirus (COVID-19). We want to reassure you that we are committed to maintaining a safe environment for our valued customers, staff, and community during these challenging times As circumstances continue to evolve daily, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Our priority is to adapt as necessary to ensure the well-being of everyone involved.
To ensure the safety of everyone, we will be making the following adjustments:
Starting Wednesday, March 18th, we will temporarily suspend Far-Infrared Sauna, Whole Body Vibration, Ionic Detox Foot Baths, and Inbody Fit Scans at these locations until further updates.
The following locations will be affected starting Wednesday, March 18th: Bellmore, Huntington, Islip Village, Lindenhurst, and Massapequa Park.
These stores will remain open, offering water refills and product purchases until further notice.
While we have always prioritized a safe and healthy environment, we will continue to monitor the situation and are implementing additional cleaning and disinfecting procedures to ensure everyone’s safety.
We are increasing our cleaning and sanitizing efforts, particularly in high-touch areas and on other surfaces, to ensure a clean environment. We encourage all staff to stay home if they are feeling unwell, and kindly ask our customers to do the same.
In order to better accommodate our staff and to ensure proper cleaning, we will be modifying the store hours as well at these locations. Please go to https://phountain.com/locations/ to contact your local store.
pHountain encourages everyone to take precautionary measures to limit exposure.
- Please make sure you wash your hands thoroughly before entering the store.
- Please be aware of your proximity to others and wait in uncrowded areas of the store or outside when waiting to fill your water.
- Please limit usage to only one sink per customer.
- Please do not touch other people’s water bottles.
- And as always take a proactive approach to boost your immune system!
